Delivery

To qualify for delivery, your delivery location must be easily accessible through the elevator (i.e. same storey as lift landing) or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.

Due to restrictions and limitations placed by certain institutions and organizations, we are sorry to share that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas:

If you work at any of the locations listed above, we strongly encourage you to set your shipping address to a location where our courier can deliver to, such as your home address. CR GROUP reserves the right to cancel and refund orders without a valid address, contact number and/or email address.

Deliveries are performed daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Delivery timings are from 15:00 – 00:00. We are unable to deliver at a specific time.

Kindly contact us via WhatsApp (icon at the bottom right) and we will respond to you within 1 working day.

  • Product demonstration.
  • Cutting or altering of power cable, plug, electrical socket etc.
  • Relocation or installation of existing equipment not stated in the Delivery Order.
  • Installation and/or, setting up of computers including but not limited to Wifi connection.
  • Unboxing of product
  • Disposals of any kind

You are required to inform us of the changes at least one (1) day in advance.

When your parcel is loaded onto the delivery vehicle but cannot be successfully delivered, additional charges for redelivery may apply.

Standard Delivery

We aim to deliver your order to you within 3 working days from the date of your order, subject to stock availability.

Delivery lead times may be extended during peak periods and notified via phone calls, or WhatsApp messages in the event we are unable to reach you.

On-Demand Next day Express Delivery

For on-demand Delivery, order(s) placed between 12am to 6pm will be delivered on the next working day before 11pm.

Laptops & Desktops

Free delivery for all laptops & desktops.

Monitors

$20 Delivery fee for Express Delivery (1-2 days), $9.90 delivery fee for Standard delivery (3-5 days)

Tables & Chairs

$20 Delivery fee for standard delivery (1-2 days)

Other Items

For other items, delivery fees are between $4.30 – $13.90, subjected to volumetric weight or dimensions.
