Payment Options

  • All orders are on-hold until we confirm that payment has been received.
  • After placing an order, to confirm the order, you must make a complete payment. Once the full payment is received in the designated account, your order will be  processed.
  • While we strive to process your order in the most timely manner, orders may take longer to process depending on your mode of payment. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

You can perform a bank transfer through your bank to one of our designated bank accounts.

Atome allows you to pay chose from 3 interest-free payments, or opt for more time with a small processing fee in app.

As a general guideline, the spending limit will be SGD 1000 for new debit card users and SGD 3000 for new credit card users. However, your purchase may still be declined due to a variety of other factors which Atome uses to determine the approval of the transaction.

In the event when Atome credit is insufficient to complete your order, you may contact us to spilt the order by utilizing your Atome credit available, and pay the remaining balance with other payment mode.
